Turning Mattresses

  • Ideally, you should rotate your SwissAire mattress every time you change the sheets. This varies the pressure and helps regenerate the high performance materials.

  • The strong handles on our mattresses make it easy for you – this good practice will optimise your sleep comfort for many years

Perspiration and Airing

  • Using OEKO-TEX Baby Class 100 certified HRC Materials and natural Tencel fabrics, we achieved exceptionally air-permeability and help to quickly remove perspiration. To allow the mattresses to “breathe”, you should not cover them with heavy slipcovers or protectors.

Body Impressions

  • It is normal for your new mattress to develop body impressions as the comfort layers settle and begin to contour to your body shape. This is a completely normal occurrence and helps to ensure the mattress is perfectly contoured for maximum comfort.

  • Body impressions are not considered a manufacturing fault and are a normal part of wearing in your mattress. Instead, body impressions are a good indicator of contour comfort and pressure relieve. A body impression is not a structural defect.

International Warranty

  • Internationally, an approximately 35mm height adjustment is considered normal. At SwissAire, we set a higher benchmark for the industry with 25mm height adjustment tolerance.

  • Nevertheless, this is an indicative guide and depending on the mattress and the user, greater body impressions may occur. All SwissAire true ergonomic mattresses are guaranteed for 10yrs and 2yrs for our ergonomic pillows.
